Welcome to KidsCIM: Perfect Pitch Trainer ("the App"), operated by WiseOwlEdux ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

KidsCIM is a children's music education application designed to train perfect pitch. While the core application may be downloaded for free, access to complete lessons, tracking metrics, and all practice stages requires either an auto-renewable subscription or a one-time Lifetime License purchase.

2. Billing and Purchases

Transactions and payments are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or the Google Play Store (for Android users).

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

For continuous premium access, we offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription models:

• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless you disable auto-renew in your App Store or Google Play account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Charging: Your designated payment account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the subscription management settings on your device. Access to premium features remains available until the end of your paid billing cycle.

4. Lifetime License Purchase

We offer a one-time, non-recurring Lifetime License payment that grants you perpetual access to all currently available premium features of the App. This license remains tied to your respective App Store or Google Play account.

5. Pricing and Currencies

Prices are displayed clearly within the App before payment is processed. For users located in Switzerland, prices are designated in Swiss Francs (CHF). For other regions, prices are calculated in local currencies by the respective app stores. All prices are subject to applicable local taxes as determined by the app store platforms.

6. Refunds

Refund policies are dictated exclusively by Apple Inc. and Google LLC. We do not have direct access to refund systems or payment details. If you wish to request a refund, you must contact the Apple App Store or Google Play Store support teams directly.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall WiseOwlEdux be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zurich (ZRH), Switzerland.
